It was speculated earlier that Madonna could be seen in Zagreb and Belgrade, but Budva remains the only location in region where popular singer will perform this year, as the part of her Sticky & Sweet world tour.

The tickets will cost 35 euros (75 near stage), and 200 euros for VIP guests.

The organizers announced that around 65,000 tickets will be in circulation.

According to Maksa Catovic from the production house Komuna from Belgrade, which will organize Madonna’s concert, the contract was signed between her management and Budva Tourist Organization, and once again - as in the case of last year’s concert of The Rolling Stones in Budva, the important role in bringing Madonna played Svetozar Marovic, the vice-president of ruling Democratic Socialist Party and former president of Serbia and Montenegro.

Catovic told Belgrade daily “Blic” that he started the negotiations with Madonna’s management after Marovic expressed his wish about her performance in Budva, as the only performance on the territory of former Yugoslavia.
